North West Regional Development Agency (NWDA)

North West Women and Work Task Force. Infrastruct was appointed as the secretariat for this Task Force, comprising leaders from business, government and third sector. Its remit was to consider regional evidence about womens leadership in the region and to devise recommendations for acheiving gender equality and top teams in private and public sectors. It's report, which has now been published, recommends a '30% female' target for all boards and leadeship teams in the North West. See here for press release.
