Project: North West Women and Work Task Force

I was really pleased to get the opportunity to work with Infrastruct on the North West Women and Work Task Force. Improving opportunities for women in leadership roles is a topic close to my heart, because I have a background in working on gender equality, but I wouldn’t have had the capacity to deliver the project alone due to other commitments.

I run my own consultancy but enjoy working in partnership with others for the teamwork aspects and because it helps to extend the range of projects I can work on. This particular project was full of interest and variety – involving high level meetings and interviews with people from different sectors of the North West economy, an online survey, desk research and presentations to the Task Force itself.

The partnership with Infrastruct has worked very well because of the expertise, commitment, enthusiasm and professionalism of Jo and her colleagues. I hope that we can build on the success of this project to deliver other joint work in the future.
