Infrastruct secure NHS Bolton Equality Training Contract  

Following the successful delivery of equality training at Liverpool Primary Care Trust, Infrastruct has now won the contract to undertake an equality programme for NHS Bolton. Beginning in January 2011, Infrastruct are providing a programme aimed at managers within the PCT, across the provider arm and commissioning and corporate functions.

This training is designed to fit around NHS Bolton’s Triple Aim for a healthy population, best health care & value for money.

The course enables managers to appreciate the differences between individuals, refresh their awareness of Bolton’s diverse population and address key issues in managing diversity such as;

• Risk Management – risks of poor Equality and Diversity practice
• Information, communication, publications and reputation
• Managing staff performance, setting effective equality objectives in performance review, dignity at work
