Leading Through Teams

"One of the best leadership courses I have attended"

The Leading Through Teams course, part of the Management Cycle series which is a joint initiative launched by Infrastruct and its sister company BikeRight!, was launched on Monday 10 May 2010. The course was extremely well received by attendees and now plans are in progress for further courses in Customer Relationships, Management Skills and Team Building.

Attendees will develop skills in steering teams to make their organisation’s wheels turn smoothly. Using the metaphor of a bicycle, attendees will leave the course with:

• ideas to improve teams’ productivity
• techniques for efficiency and increased effectiveness
• enhanced personal leadership style.

No previous cycling experience or ability is necessary
