Why is an Infrastruct client considering entering a top award?

Six project groups from Infrastruct Middle Management Development Programme at Rochdale Borough Wide Housing are continuing to make an impact on the company, so much so that they’re putting themselves forward as a winning company.

Cohorts from the programme have put in place;

  •  A renewed employee survey
  •  A value for money staff suggestion scheme.

Others have helped create;

  • A project management toolkit
  • A staff competency framework

The latest group are breathing new life into;

  • The balanced scorecard project (re-named Vital Statistics)
  • The annual employee conference

RBH now plan to use Infrastruct ’s ‘Learning by Doing’ expertise to develop internal coaches, who will focus on raising individual performance in the organisation.
