Why try it?
At Infrastruct, we understand that many organisations at the moment cannot afford the luxury of taking out a day or multiple days to teach staff about equality and diversity matters in their organisation. Infrastruct has therefore designed a short half day Equality and Diversity course which gives attendees the opportunity to develop their knowledge of equality and diversity (for example in terms of the latest equality legislation and how this relates to their organisation) within an enjoyable and effective quiz format.
The beauty of the one hour taster session apart from it being free of charge is that it gives you a snapshot of what we provide. If you’re happy with what you see, we can develop a bespoke set of half day quiz sessions, to be designed at management and/or staff level based on your specific organisation/industry/local area.

Aims and outcomes Aim To further develop individuals’ diversity competency and knowledge.
Learning outcomes By the end of the workshop participants will be able:
· To reinforce the organisation’s approach of managing, responding to, and valuing diversity. · To share good practice and to understand key aspects of equality · To help the organisation to meet its legal obligations. · To share good practice regarding diverse customers and workforce
Methodology and Resources The workshop will take the form of a quiz, involving expert input from the trainer, facilitated discussions and case studies.
