Coming from Manchester City Centre along Ashton Old Road pass Mancat College on your right and Big Bling carwash on your left carry on through a pelican crossing and another set of traffic lights.  Turn left onto Bartlett Street and then first right onto South Street.  You will see an electronic metal gate on your right, press buzzer for Unit 5 to gain entry.
