We offer facilitation of strategy and awaydays for Boards and management teams. Increasingly, we are asked to facilitate consultation events and focus groups which contribute to future strategy.  For example, we facilitated a session for Manchester City Council's Overview and Scrutiny about the introduction of the new Local Involvement Networks (LINks) in April 2008.  See our news page We will be running a follow-up day in September.  Recent projects include consultation on the Gender Equality Duty in Merseyside.   We also facilitate larger workshops and conferences such as the Sefton Hate Crime Partnership joint consultation day. At Trafford Council we have facilitated a series of meetings about the Council’s approach to implementing Equality Impact Assessments, so that they are fully integrated into the Councils wider performance management arrangements.
