Infrastruct offers Organisational Development Consultancy in leadership, diversity, and partnership working to organisations with a public function.

We provide advice and assistance in building up the ‘people infrastructure’ which help organisations to run smoothly and effectively.  This ranges from providing assessment centres for recruitment, review of operational structures, or implementation of an equality framework, developing policy and strategy to fit changing circumstances, to conducting a training needs analysis and mentoring and coaching for individuals.

Our associates have experience in a range of disciplines, as board or elected members, service managers, personnel specialists, equality consultants, academics and voluntary sector project leaders. All are united in the Infrastruct way of doing business: working towards practical solutions which clients will actually be able to implement, and will make a positive difference to end users.

Infrastruct has expertise in the management of diversity, and can provide diagnostic tools and bespoke advice to help an organisation distinguish itself in its sector by  improving equality and diversity practice .

We take great care to make our services match the client organisation’s culture.  For example, in working with Watford Community Housing Trust over the course of a year to develop their equality and diversity strategy, we followed the ‘community gateway’ ethos of the Trust, involving the Trust Chair and chair of the older people’s network (both tenants) in the process, as well as gaining the approval of the tenants’ Gateway Committee before  seeking board approval.

We ensure we are up to date with developments in each sector, and facilitate learning between clients so that local solutions are streamlined and do not involve reinventing the wheel.

Our client list includes Manchester City Council, Liverpool Primary Care Trust, Watford Borough Council, Rochdale Borough wide Housing, West Yorkshire Regional Improvement and Efficiency Partnership.

This year we have completed projects for the North West Regional Development Agency, Rochdale Borough wide Housing, Watford Borough Council, Breakthrough UK, Standards for England and Government Office Northwest.
