We offer facilitation of strategy and awaydays for Boards and management teams. Increasingly, we are asked to facilitate consultation events and focus groups which contribute to future strategy.

Recent projects include a visioning day for NHS Bolton’s senior managers to review and extend their commitment to address equality and health inequalities in the context of their overall goals [see below link to Bolton's Triple Aim Model].

Our consultants are skilled in working as process facilitators – helping events run effectively and efficiently whatever the discipline or purpose of the event. We also have specialist facilitators with professional knowledge to provide guidance and insight into key issues for the team.
