Infrastruct has expertise in the management of diversity, and much of our consultancy activity embeds equality and diversity within service delivery and employment processes. 

We have a deep understanding of community engagement, which we have deployed in our mainstream programmes as well as our targeted projects.

Infrastruct advises and trains organisations on the legislative framework for equality. Recent projects for Standards for England and Government Office North West diagnosed and carried out action to fulfil statutory obligations. We are experts in the Equality Framework for local government, on which we have advised and assessed local authorities and fire services.
