NEW EAST MANCHESTER INTER-AGENCY TRAINING PROGRAMME
Infrastruct facilitated the New East Manchester Inter-agency Training Programme. This equipped a group of front-line managers and staff from agencies working in East Manchester with the skills, knowledge and shared understanding which enable them to work more closely together for the benefit of East Manchester. By developing the individual participants' skills and confidence in developing and managing local services this increased each participating agency's capacity to work effectively in East Manchester. Over the course of a year a matrix of features using a combination of team building residential, knowledge workshops, assignments, tutorials, site visits, mentoring, line manager coaching and a substantial group project.
