Training Project Implementation Methodology
Infrastruct operates to the following standards in the implementation of learning and development contracts:

Negotiation of requirements with client, sign-off of project implementation plan including milestones and deliverables.

Design of learning objectives, programme and learning materials, quality check by Infrastruct peers, internal sign-off by Managing Director / Principal Consultant, external sign-off by client.

Agreement of evaluation criteria and how programme will be measured against objectives.

Definition of client monitoring requirements. This could include: pilot stage, contract meetings, review of participant outputs, steering group structure, interim evaluation, stakeholder feedback.

Resource allocation: Venue details confirmed, including booking, costs, refreshments and travel directions. Definition of resources to be deployed, including personnel, equipment, printed materials, online resources and licences, dvds and game equipment. Agreement with client on how materials will be produced, provided and transported, and associated costs. Written confirmation of responsibilities of client and provider.

Delivery schedule, including minimum and maximum numbers, contingency for trainer substitution etc, cancellation arrangements (usually on a 6-week sliding scale, with full payment if cancelled within one week of event) agreed with client.

Monthly milestone monitoring reports to client. Contract monitoring meetings at agreed intervals (at least three during life of project; monthly for larger projects).

Project conclusion report. All deliverables completed, participant outputs collated, review with client and / or sponsor.

Post-project evaluation report. Content and date to comply with definition at Stage 3.

Client satisfaction rating requested.
