Trainer training

Infrastruct has developed considerable expertise in trainer training, for example on delivering in-house equality and diversity programmes.  This has been successfully implemented at the following councils;

• Manchester
• Trafford
• Sefton
• St Helens

Both action learning and trainer training are aimed at leaving a legacy after the training, and developing capacity within the organisation to nurture and implement home-grown solutions rather than relying continually on the input of specialists.  This ‘empowerment message’ of learning style and outcomes is a unique feature of our company.
